Any registration or use of the site implies unconditional and unrestricted acceptance of these GTUSP by the User.
The User agrees to carefully read these GTUSP and expressly accept them before proceeding with the payment of a Subscription on the Site.
When registering on the site via the registration form, each user expressly accepts these GTUSP by checking the box preceding the following text: 'I acknowledge having read and understood the GTUSP and I accept them.' If the User does not accept the GTUSP stipulated in this contract, the User must waive access to the services offered by the site. MNGRS reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTUSP at any time and without cause. 'I acknowledge having read and understood the GTUSP and I accept them.' The User is invited to carefully read, download, print the GTUSP, and keep a copy. GMC advises the User to read the GTUSP with each new order, as the latest version of these GTUSP applies to any new Subscription.
Subscription: refers to a paid plan automatically renewable by tacit agreement for identical periods, providing access to the Platform and its Content.
Platform: refers to all the services offered by the website accessible at the address https://mngrs.ai.
User: refers to any natural person capable of contracting, navigating on the Platform via the Site, including Subscribers.
Subscriber: refers to any natural person capable of contracting, who has subscribed to a Subscription to the Platform via the Site.
Account: refers to the space dedicated to the User associated with all the data provided by the User, hosted on the Site.
Identifiers: refers to the email address or identifier chosen during registration and the password chosen by the User, necessary to access their Account on the Site.
AI: refers to Artificial Intelligence.
AI Engine: Program and/or AI interface used by the platform enabling the Service to operate.
Audio File: digital file containing a recording of a sequence of sound, regardless of its format.
Image File: digital file containing a visual reproduction, regardless of its format.
Input: any content uploaded by the User to the Platform for the purpose of using the Service.
Output: any text, image, content, or media generated by the AI Services as a result of your use or the instructions you have provided to the AI Services.
AI Content: the whole consisting of the Input and the Output.
AI Services: AI tools and services offered by the Platform.
MNGRS offers to assist you in your musical career by providing effective strategies for releasing your musical tracks and managing your artistic career in general.
The Service operates based on information (pseudonym, text, etc.) and media (sound, image, etc.) uploaded by the User to obtain an Output generated by the AI.
To obtain the Output requested by the User, the AI Engine performs an analysis of the uploaded Audio File and its components on two levels:
An analysis of the sound characteristics of the Audio File: Beats Per Minute ('BPM'), genre, sub-genre, note, key(s), chord(s), harmony(s), etc.
Where applicable, an analysis of the interpreted lyrics and text: theme, explicit or non-explicit lyrics, etc.
Based on these analyses, the Output will present the User with various information about the uploaded Audio File and a description text ('Description Text') intended for promotional purposes. The Description Text does not reproduce the lyrics written by the author and protected by copyright. The Output does not generate any work, whether new or derivative, or content protected by copyright and/or related rights.
The Audio File or Image File uploaded to the Platform is subject to digital protection provided by GMC. GMC guarantees that the Audio File will not be reproduced, communicated, broadcast, or made available to the public or any other User. The Audio File will not be used in any way to generate Outputs for the use of another User.
Aside from the aforementioned analysis, the Audio File will not be used by the Service for any other purpose and will not be used in any way to train or develop MNGRS's AI models or those of its partners.
To avoid any ambiguity, neither GMC nor any third party is authorized to use, copy or reproduce Inputs or any content uploaded to the Platform that is owned or controlled by third-party rights holders without the authorization of those rights holders.
Furthermore, GMC does not claim any ownership rights over the Audio File, Image File, or any other content uploaded to the Platform or generated by the Platform.
Using the Services offered requires your registration by creating an Account. The Account creation can be done by voluntarily entering the required information or through an existing [Google, etc.] Account. Any incomplete registration will not be validated.
The information that the User provides to the Site during registration must be complete, accurate, up-to-date, sincere, and not misleading. GMC reserves the right to request the User to confirm their identity, eligibility, and the information provided by any appropriate means.
The User agrees to promptly update this information in their Account in case of changes. The registration of a User automatically opens an Account in their name. The User will be solely responsible for using their Identifiers or actions taken through their Account.
GMC reserves the right to prohibit, cancel, withdraw, or reassign certain usernames and may, without notice or compensation, suspend or terminate your Account and/or Subscription if certain activities occur that constitute a violation of these GTUSP.
Any loss, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of a User's Identifiers are the sole responsibility of the User, who must notify MNGRS without delay by email to: contact@mngrs.ai.
The User can close their Account at any time through their personal space, subject to an active Subscription, in which case the Subscriber must first cancel their Subscription. For the cancellation of the Subscription, please refer to article 3.4 below.
MNGRS offers a free version and a paid version of the Site and Service. The paid version provides unlimited access to all available Services. The price of the Subscription is indicated on the Site or through an external offer, in euros and including all taxes.
MNGRS reserves the right to modify the price of its Subscription and will inform each Subscriber at least 15 days before any price increase takes effect. Payment will be made through the 'Stripe' intermediary.
Access to the paid Service can also be granted by entering a promotional code offered by MNGRS. The Subscription duration will then be different and specific to each code.
From time to time, MNGRS or third parties on Our behalf may offer trials of paid Subscriptions for a specified period, without payment, or at a reduced price (a 'Trial'). MNGRS reserves the right to determine your eligibility for a Trial and to withdraw or modify a Trial at any time.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the User acknowledges that the provision of the MNGRS Service begins immediately after the validation of their subscription, and that they do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. No request for withdrawal, cancellation, or refund will be accepted for the subscribed period.
RENEWAL — Unless terminated by the Subscriber, the Subscription to MNGRS is tacitly renewed for a duration identical to the one initially subscribed.
TERMINATION — The Subscriber may terminate their Subscription from their Account by clicking on the 'Terminate my subscription' section. The termination will be effective at the end of the current Subscription period, provided that the request was sent at least 48 hours before its end.
The Site and its content, including its visual interfaces, interactive elements, audio, video and audiovisual components, information, graphics, design, compilation, source code, Services, proprietary information, service marks, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs (such as logos), presentation, look, feel, layout, and all other elements of the GMC Site (the "MNGRS Materials"), are the property of GMC and/or licensed to it and are legally protected by French, European, and applicable foreign laws.
Unless expressly authorized by MNGRS, the User agrees not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Sites and/or the MNGRS Materials in an unauthorized manner.
The User is authorized to upload, download, and insert links to content (constituting the Input) on the Site, to submit this Input to the Platform's AI Engine, which will produce a result (the 'Output') for the User.
The User is solely responsible for the Input they make available to the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the User retains ownership of the Input and becomes the owner of the Output upon its generation by the AI. GMC does not claim any rights to the Input or the Output.
Due to the nature of the Service and the AI Services, Outputs may not be unique to each User, and AI Services may generate identical or similar results for other Users. The User acknowledges that this does not result in any prejudice.
When the User submits a Sound File to the Service, they grant GMC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the Sound File solely for the purpose of providing the Service. When the User submits an Image File, they grant GMC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for technical exploitation by the Service.
The User is solely and entirely responsible for using the Service. The User must not use the Service to upload, publish, store, transmit, or display any content that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic or obscene; that infringes the rights of third parties; that violates any legislation or regulation; that contains viruses or malware; or any unsolicited advertisements or spam.
The User must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of the Service, including models, algorithms, or systems.
MNGRS, the site, or GMC cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or breach by the User of these GTUSP due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or in the event of force majeure.
GMC cannot be held liable for any loss of profit, loss of sales, revenue or business, loss of customers or contracts, loss or damage to reputation, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of software or data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from or related to these GTUSP.
The total liability of GMC will be limited to the total amounts paid under these GTUSP in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
All personal data you transmit to us in connection with your use of the Service is collected, stored, used, disclosed, and processed by MNGRS in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Furthermore, like most online services, we use cookies to help us understand and learn about your usage habits of the Service, which allows us to continually improve it. How we use cookies and how to disable them is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Users who have explicitly opted in may receive marketing communications from MNGRS via SMS or other messaging channels for the following purposes: product updates, new features, platform news, exclusive offers, and promotional announcements. This consent is collected at registration via an optional, unchecked checkbox, separate from acceptance of these GTUSP.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received or by contacting support@mngrs.ai.
MNGRS does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or mobile opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
These GTUSP, which include the AI GTU reproduced below, as well as the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and GMC.
In the event that any provision of these GTUSP is declared invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions will remain applicable without change, except in cases where the contract cannot survive without it.
The GTUSP apply to all uses made online on the Site, as long as the Site is available online. The GTUSP may be modified and updated by MNGRS at any time. The applicable GTUSP are those in effect at the time of the user's use.
These GTUSP and the relationship between the User and MNGRS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French court.
Prior to any recourse, the User is invited to contact MNGRS's claims department at: contact@mngrs.ai. If no agreement is reached, a voluntary mediation procedure will be proposed.

MNGRS offers Services on its Site that are powered by AI or make use of Generative Artificial Intelligence ('AI'). The terms of use detailed in this article (the 'AI GTU') are specific to this use of AI in the Service and govern the use of AI tools and services offered by MNGRS ('AI Services') and apply in addition to the ordinary GTUSP.
You are responsible for all text you enter, any images, data, content, or media you upload to the AI Services ('Input'), as well as any text, images, content, or media generated by the AI Services (the 'Output', collectively the 'AI Content'). GMC does not claim any intellectual property rights over the Inputs or Outputs.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary rights and permissions to provide your data to the AI Services and to exploit the Outputs generated. It is your responsibility to verify the Outputs, and your use of them is at your own risk.
MNGRS may use technology from third-party service providers to provide AI Services. You authorize MNGRS and such third-party service providers to store and use your data submitted to provide the AI Services.
By using AI Services, you request and consent to the transfer of the personal data you enter into an Input to these third parties, including, but not limited to, OpenAI, LLC, and you agree that your use is subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties.
All uses of our AI Services must comply with the GTUSP. Furthermore, the User agrees not to use the AI Services in any manner that is: illegal; promotes exploitation of children or terrorist activities; promotes hate speech or violence; involves spam or hacking; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or contains misleading or deceptive language about MNGRS.
The User acknowledges that the Inputs and Outputs of AI Services have not been verified for accuracy, bias, or authorization of intellectual property rights. GMC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or absence of errors in the Outputs of AI Services.
MNGRS is not responsible to the User for any damages resulting from Inputs provided by the User or from the User's use of the Outputs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
